Thinking About Moving to a Different Law Firm...

The competition is high, the opportunities are few, and you are contemplating moving on to join a different law firm. From January 2009 to date (13 August, 2009), 13.6% of the attorneys in Toledo are no longer at the firm which they were at the start of the year. An attorney may move on for a variety of reasons, but when they do, they want to land in the best possible situation which can help their career.

When interviewing for a different law firm, one thing that will make you stand out above any other candidates is showing your aggressive approach to developing new client's, and desire to be as visible in the consumers eye as possible. If while in your current or previous law firm, you simply sat back and handled cases that were assigned to you, and did not take an active roll in developing new business, a good case success ratio may not cut it. Law firms have become increasingly more selective in the cases they accept to ensure they lower costs, increase profits, and save valuable time in the process. Therefore, virtually every attorney interviewing for the position you are most likely also has high ratios of success in negotiating and litigating cases which they are assigned.

So how do you take an active roll ensuring you are ahead of the curve? ...    Show that you have taken an aggressive and active roll in bringing new business into your current or previous firm.

The problem you may be currently facing is that you do not have the huge financial resources necessary to embark on your own Television, Radio, Billboard, or Yellow Page advertising campaign. The solution is starting your own aggressive internet campaign. There are 24,374 searches for a Toledo Attorney & Lawyer in Google each month. Your ability to get yourself in front of those potential consumers, attract their attention, give them a reason and way to contact you, bring valid cases into the firm, win those cases, and therefore increasing the profits of the firm... that is how to set yourself apart from everyone else, and make sure you are hired by the next firm of your choosing.

Law firms which are hiring are not looking for dead weight... But rather aggressive attorneys who are willing to go the extra mile, and actively bring new business into the firm..

There is not a law firm in the world that would not hold you in higher regard for taking an active and aggressive roll in increasing their client base and profits.

I am completely changing the face of the Google rankings for attorney & Lawyer searches in the Toledo area. My current client’s web sites are already dominating the rankings. Click here for proof of Toledo Attorney Guide Client Ranking in Google.

I have done this through the way Toledo Attorney Guide is structured, increasing my client’s visibility, and relevance in Google. My job and oath to my clients is to put them into the top 10, and push everyone else out.

I have achieved these results for my clients with just one web site (www.toledoattorneyguide.com). I am now beginning to launch 70 additional web sites to provide hundreds of non-reciprocal links to my client’s web sites. What does this mean? Anyone with web sites currently in the top ten… within 3 months, you will no longer be in the top ten. This is going to happen for one reason, my dedication to my client’s. If I can achieve the results that I have with just one web site, multiply that dominance by 70.
